How To Find Us

Pony trekking - Northwilds, Tain, IV19 1PE

Head through Tain high street towards Portmahomack. You will find us about 2km along this road on the left hand side. Look for the blue signs.

Public Transport Information

Both Buses and Trains stop at Tain. There are buses that run between Tain and Portmahomack and they will drop you off at the end of our road.   The nearest Airport is at Inverness.  There is a shuttle bus that takes you into the town centre, where you can connect with a bus or train to Brora, or we can arrange for you to be collected from the airport – however there will be a charge for this service.

Please advise us at the time of booking if you require collecting in order for us to make arrangements well in advance. Public transport this far North is not frequent!  On average we have 4 buses and 4 trains a day.  Before booking flights, please check that there will be a bus or train leaving at the right time for you to be able to catch it – allow extra time for delays, and for your bus journey from the Airport into Inverness town, unless of course, you are happy to pay the extra for collection!

We suggest you check www.travelinescotland.com  as they can provide all public transport information for air, rail and bus or coach, within Scotland and from major Cities through out the UK.
